    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in?Constant Contact settings?and start a?forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    Hmm. not much to that list at the moment, so hard to say what may or may not have triggered that original admin notice.

    Just as a test, I did submit to the form as “Constant Contact Forum Support” so if you got an email notification/signup for that, I believe we’re in a good spot. However if the admin notification comes back again, we can re-check, hopefully with more information.
