    Hi @dalenerender

    Is this a brand new install attempt of our plugin, or has it been going well for a bit and this suddenly cropped up?

    Overall it looks like you may need to do a disconnect/reconnect process at the moment, to get a refreshed API access token.

    Overall, this is around the plugin trying to do a routine list refresh, to update itself for any lists that were added in your Constant Contact dashboard, so that those could be added into the WordPress side.

    Thanks for coming back to me. It is a new install (reinstall) of the plugin.

    I’ve disconnected and reconnected and the message hasn’t appeared again so seems to have been resolved. In future I’ll disconnect/reconnect first to see if it resolves any issues before reaching out.
