Users are claiming that they are getting recaptcha notices when they definitely shouldn’t. I’m using the v3 (score-based) recaptcha. The sign-up form is located in column 1 of the footer on essentially every page of the site, plus the Contact page (https://www.curtisstigers.com/contact/).

I have had intermittent issues with this integration on this site, and I’m not sure at all what I’m doing wrong (if anything). I have used this same plugin under essentially identical circumstances and environment on other sites, without any issues. Here’s the debug log:

This site uses Sucuri Firewall. Let me know if there’s anything else you need to know to help solve this issue.

    Best,

Thank you for your patience here David.

On this contact page, does everything work like expected if you were to temporarily remove the footer version? I’m curious if the issue goes away when only one is being loaded. I do see the footer version visually hidden on the contact page.

Alternately, does the issue still occur when there’s no custom redirect in place?

Also, just in case, have the signups been going through?

GREAT catch. Yes, signups have been going through anyway. I’m quite certain that’s the problem. I’m going to reconfigure how I’m loading the form into different pages, because I know you can’t have two forms on a page – thanks for that insight!
