Is there a “Debug Logs” menu item showing up in your menu area?

Also, just in case, is this on a multisite? or just two separate sites?

And yes, this is a multisite install (two seperate multisite installs, one for live, one for dev).

Hmm. We’ve had some odd issues related to multisite that we are finding very difficult to touch without breaking a lot of things.

That said, I wonder if the file is still being generated for you.

Not sure what the domains are for these, but I know we presently put our error logs in /wp-content/uploads/ctct-logs/constant-contanct-errors.log

Maybe this could be part of the problem… I was able to find the file, but there’s an extra couple of folders in the Multisite structure:
/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/ctct-logs/constant-contanct-errors.log

Ok, so there’s errors on our live site and dev site. The dev site has the most recent core/plugin updates.

For whatever reason, your hosting provider and the server for our API aren’t managing to communicate and resolve successfully.

I know you may or may not be using DigitalOcean, but this kind of highlights some of the steps that may need to be taken at the server configuration level to help get this resolved for you.
