    Hi @jrthor2

Based on the provided domain, it looks like you may have it also connected on a staging site. Do you have it already activated on a live site too? We’ve been seeing this type of error show up when connected to multiple sites with the same user.

That said, logically it’d be most beneficial to have it connected on the live site, and perhaps connect with a different account on the staging.

Yes, this is a staging site, as I was just asked to redesign their main site and am working on this staging site until finished. The Constant Contact plugin is not installed at all on the main site.

    thanks

This worked for someone earlier, I’m hopeful it’ll work here. Let’s have you disconnect and then re-connect the account.

To help with details, was this a really recently made staging site? And perhaps was the site previously using the plugin, but no longer at the moment? Trying to track down possible sources for this issue coming up.

When you say “disconnect”, what do you mean. Can yo provide some steps as to what to do? Thanks

If you’re presently connected, you should see a “Disconnect” submenu item in the Contact Forms admin menu. That should lead you to the connection management page, where you originally made the connection for the plugin. There should be a “Disconnect” button on that page that will process that, and then you’ll be re-presented with the authorization code pasting process. Once that’s done, everything should be refreshed with new credentials.

Looks like that seems to have worked.

    Thanks!

Awesome. We’re doing proverbial tire kicking and testing of changes that are meant to help keep things more persistent without extra human intervention so frequently, so hopefully soon we won’t need to do this quite as often.

We’re hopeful that version 2.2.0 has resolved all the issues from the original thread. Thanks

I’m still seeing this error, version 2.2.0 did not fix this

Can you provide any updated error logs that have been created?
