    The leads from constant contact are being pulled, but they are not syncing correctly. I have custom fields setup in CC, such as phone number, last name, zip code, but the leads from Hustle are not going to the right fields–for example zip code might go to phone number in CC. Or, it creates it’s own custom field. I’ve spoke to CC and they said it’s some on the Hustle side. Is there a setting I’m missing? They’re going to the right list, just wrong fields.

    I could notice similar when tested regarding custom fields. I’m double-checking the workflow with our Hustle teams to see what could be possibly causing it and if there is a workaround to ensure the entries are assigned correctly.

    Will keep you posted once I get further feedback asap.

    Hi @lazarus232,

    We gave a closer look regarding this and can confirm the issue. I’m afraid, this seems to be the default behaviour and our Hustle team do see it can cause such issue as you have pointed, and we’ll be fixing this behaviour in the plugin side to ensure the fields are mapped correctly with Constant Contact Form.

    As a workaround, maybe you could try Zapier in Hustle under Hustle > Integrations which offers integration with Constant Contact and check whether it helps with mapping to the correct custom fields:

    At the moment, I’m’ afraid there isn’t an exact ETA on when we’ll have a fix regarding this but hoping it would be soon.
