Constant Contact – Connected, but no new email

Just to be sure are you using the latest version of the plugin right? ie v 7.3.7? I gave a quick test in my system but wasn’t able to replicate any issue and the contact got created in the Constant Contact account.

Could you please check the last submission you had in the popup under Hustle > Email Lists as shown in the following screenshot:

And let us know what you got as “Info” and whether there are any error message listed on your side? A screenshot would be helpful.

It is working now, thank you–but I do notice that it doesn’t accepted double email addresses? If the same email address is submitted twice it won’t take it. Is there a way around this?

Also, is there a way to have more than one email address be sent a confirmation email? I tested and it only works with one (for general hustle email). Thank you

You can control the behaviour of the email on the integration tab:

By default, it should allow submitting.

I’m afraid no, we are already working to improve this feature on the plugin, a workaround is using the WPMU DEV Forminator form inside the content instead of the default Hustle email.
