See Constant Contact integration and double check your configuration. If you have reset the API keys you may have to regenerate the app secret as well.

Yes, I have regenerated the app’s secret key, as well as removed it completely and generated a new API. It still seems every few days I have to reset the API secret or it stops receiving the contacts.

It sounds like refresh_token() failing. Do you know when this problem has started?

I believe sometime in November I noticed it. I can’t pin point it.

If possible, try turning on WP_DEBUG for a while to check the error logs. Search the logs by the keyword https://idfed.constantcontact.com/as/token.oauth2. If refresh_token() is failing, there should be lines with the URL, and hopefully they will give clues to what is going on.
