• The National Tow List has been using this plugin since it started as Google Maps plugin. When it was Google Maps Pro, I never had the issues I have now. Every 2-4 weeks I have to go in and make changes for the map pins to show up. I should not have to do this to have the maps to pins appear. At first, under the Google Maps Pro name it was a top-notch plugin. Since it has changed its name, and most likely the devs too, it has gone to crap and it’s a worthless plugin that requires too much maintenance to keep running properly, if at all.

    Hi @elderlygoods,

We’re so sorry for the trouble you’re experiencing with the plugin, that definitely is not normal (having to alter the backend for markers to appear), and not something we would expect anyone to be satisfied with.

I’d also like to reassure you that the name change was purely a branding decision and we’re still the same team of people behind the project. I’m one of the lead developers on the project and have been for many years, and I’d like to work through these issues with you to ensure you have a stable and reliable experience in the future.

If you haven’t done so already, could I ask you to open a support ticket with us on our website, so that I can work through these issues with you as soon as possible? I had a look through our recent inquiries, but could not find any references to your name.

We believe the issues you are facing are isolated to your installation, as we have not received any similar reports recently, and I’m confident we can get this resolved.
