constant admin_action promoting upgrade

Since the last theme upgrade, every page in the admin dashboard has your notification on the rebate for the upgrade to agama pro. Closing the notification doesn’t stop it from coming back. It’s annoying as feck and now just makes certain that I won’t do it, just because you’re p*ssing me off with the constant spam. The admin dashboard should not be used for advertising.
