Console warnings regarding code placement set to OFF

    Hi there,

    Just wanted to ask if it is possible to disable/remove the following console warnings?

    I intentionally just use the datalayer functionality of your plugin for one website and would like this warning to not be displayed

    [GTM4WP] Google Tag Manager container code placement set to OFF !!!
[GTM4WP] Data layer codes are active but GTM container must be loaded using custom coding !!!

    Hi Kristof,

    Currently there is no way to turn this off but I will consider adding some hooks to make it possible to your cases. It has been added because I was dealing with lots of support tickets where this information was giving some answers instantly and it can also help professionals so self debug issues around tracking.

    That makes total sense. Thank you. Certainly not super urgent more of a nice to have as not many will look in the console randomly.

    Same here. We really would appreciate a hook to remove this warnings. In our case, we have to set code placement to OFF, since otherwise the code would be loaded no matter if Borlabs Cookie was accepted or not.

    Hi, I would appreciate it too, as it clutters the console unnecessarily. Appreciate you and your work!

    Would also love to make the warnings disappear or AT LEAST make them only appear when you are logged in as admin.

    Hello,

    “There are currently no debuggable Google tags at that address”, getting it when trying to connect tag assistant. I saw tese warnings in the inspection tool. Does somebody know how to help me with tag assistant connection issue?

    If you download version 1.17-beta1 from Github, you will now find a checkbox in the Advanced Options to remove the message.

    Would be great if the 1.17 is officially released soon.
