    I have this message when the checkout page is loaded. Would that affect the payment process?

    a {message: “SqPaymentForm element with id sq-card-number is … Does it or a parent element have display:none?”, name: “ElementNotVisibleError”, stack: “Error: SqPaymentForm element with id `sq-card-numb…p-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3:9173)”, columnNumber: undefined, fileName: undefined, …}
    columnNumber: undefined
    fileName: undefined
    lineNumber: undefined
    message: “SqPaymentForm element with id sq-card-number is not visible. Does it or a parent element have display:none?”
    name: “ElementNotVisibleError”

    Hi @ashour

    Does this error print out on your site? Or are you see this in the developer console of when using your site?

    Also, do you see the credit card fields on your checkout page and are you able to enter information into them?

    I’m having the same issue. I see that error in the console. I see the credit fields on the checkout page.

    @uogecko – do you see the same thing in the browser console if you:

    – Switch to the default Twenty Nineteen or Storefront theme (with no additional code of functions added)
    – Disable all plugins, except for WooCommerce and Square

    Since that will impact the site, you may want to do these tests on a staging site. If you don’t already have a staging site set up, check with your hosting company as many offer this as part of their packages. Otherwise, you can use a free plugin such as WP Staging to set one up.

    @fullysupportedphil – same result in console when I switch to Twentynineteen and disable all other plugins.

    @uogecko I have not been able to replicate this at all, so we’ll need to dig into this with you further to see what on your site may be causing this.

    Could you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets? You may need to create an account. When opening the ticket, please make sure to select the Square plugin. Also please reference this post in your ticket.
