Console Errors

    Hi,

    The plugin has started giving console errors. It now won’t play Wistia videos and when you click on another page after visiting a page with video shortcode on it the video page remains and other page loaded below.

    When I deactivate the plugin the console errors go away. I am running latest version of your plugin and WordPress.

    This is the console errors:

    Hello, dear DanS01

    Did we understand you correctly when you add a link from Wistia to your gallery, then you got the problem?

    Can You tell us what video did you add to the gallery and please, can you give us the page link where we can see the plugin?

    Hi,

    It is not just when Wistia video is loaded to gallery, that is just one of the issues. All Wistia videos in the gallery are working fine on Wistia and on our other websites.

    The website it is on if fully password protected. Can you provide an email address I can send you a link and login please?

    Sorry, but this platform does not allow to provide email addresses. Sorry, but I can not share our email address. Please, you do not that, too. You can provide us the page link. Where we can see the gallery. But do not give us something else. We have no rights for that.

    Hi,

    I have created a login for you to the video page:

    https://tyremaxtrainingacademy.com.au/videos/tyremax/
    User: videoaccess
    Pw: temp2019@@@

    You will see Wistia videos aren’t working. But more concerning is the console errors and you cannot leave the page with your video gallery.

    For example click on the videos menu to return to the main video page and you will see page loads under current video page.

    This only happens when your plugin is activated and from any page your plugin is on.

    Can you please check it out and advise how to fix this.

    lease delete your login and password. We have no right to sign in. We told you that you should not give a login and password. Please remove from the forum. We only help you through the forum.

    This is only a login to front end page that has your plugin on. All you can see is the video page. The whole front end is protected with login.

    Please check the page and let me know what is wrong with your plugin.

    Dear DanS01.

    We will now do an update. After the update, you will not have any problem with Wistia. Only if there will not have shown the video please put the video link again. And you need to add an image too.
