Console error, banners not displayed

    Hi, I have installed your plugin on my site with “Advanced Ads Pro”.
    Unfortunately, since I activated Complianz the banners are no longer visible, both to logged in users and to those not. Both AdSense script banners and image banners.
    I inform you that I have tried both with the active privacy of “Advanced Ads PRo”, and with both the privacy control not active.
    When I deactivate your plugin, and clear the cache, everything is working again.
    I noticed this error in the console, if I disable the plugin this error disappears:

    Hi @marcorroma,

    Complianz and Complianz Pro cause a JavaScript error (Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘placements’ of undefined) if their option to connect with Google Ads/DoubleClick is enabled and the Popup and Layer ads add-on is activated at the same time. https://wpadvancedads.com/manual/known-plugin-conflicts/#Complianz

    To solve this problem, disable this option in Complianz > Integrations and use the privacy feature of Advanced Ads instead.

    We will check for the Advanced Pro Add-on in the future, and enable in the integration with Advanced Pro, and disable our own.

    I disabled the integrations with “Google Ads / DoubleClick” (I also tried to disable all of them).
    I checked which Advanced ads pro add-ons are active, and the “Popup and Layer” add-on is not active (never installed).
    I tried to enable privacy in Advanced ads pro, also to disable it.
    I can only see image banners, not Google AdSense.
    I have also enabled the display of banners only after the consent of the cookies. I set Cookie name: complianz_consent_status and cookie value: allow.
    After accepting the cookies, the banner space is displayed but empty.
    I await support.

    Hi @marcorroma,

    Just to know for sure, at this point the error is gone, the ad space loads, just not the ad?

    And with Complianz disabled, the ads show correctly?

    Could you share your URL, so I can have a look?

    Now it seems to work. Maybe it was a plugin cache problem. If I have any problems I’ll let you know. Thanks for support
