Consistent and steadfast support

My issue was pretty ambiguous and hard to find, but through ideas and addition of logging commands I and the UD support team managed to handle it beautifully. That was a complex problem and it took a few weeks! Hardly any support team would go on trying to deal with that kind of problem. Will totally stick to the plugin further, knowing about the chance to get help for sure.
