Consignment details not populating automatically

Hi, we’ve noticed when clicking on the shipping link under orders that the consignment number, postcode etc aren’t automatically populated on the provider’s website as they were previously (in this case, APC Overnight), but instead just takes you to the APC page with blank fields.
Prior to this we were getting “Request Could Not be Processed Invalid, request parameters submitted”. We solved that by re-syncing the provider list (as advised on this topic) but we’re not sure why details aren’t being passed through automatically on the shipping detail link. Can you advise please?
We are using the latest version of the plugin and WooCommerce.
