Consent Manager

Hello!

I did some research to find a plugin that could work as a consent-manager for wordpress sites. Can anyone help me with a useful solution?

Due to the new Cookie-Law officals in germany seem to have stated, that from now on tracking-cookies (such as google-analytics) can only be set with the consent of the user.

This means that no tracking is allowed before the user accepts the request. This would also mean, that most of the typically cookiebars are now useless. Because an implied won’t work either.
