I wonder if anyone can help? When I (or a logged in user) first looks at our website, an iFrame opens with buttons at the bottom “Agree” and “Disagree”, but this iFrame contains a stripped down version of the homepage and not the text of our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

In the plugin, under “Settings” I have chosen that page to be linked to, and also under “Cookies”, I have linked that page in the box “link to privacy page text”. But when I first open the homepage, that text does not show, see this link to a screenshot.

Could you tell me how to show the actual privacy and cookie policy page to show up there?

Also, we would like to have the same page showing for non-logged in users when they first come to our website so that we get their consent. Is this possible?

I am using the page builder, and i can do nothing about it since it is built into wp framework/theme – but i made the privacy policy page in regular wp text editor.

Is there a way to bypass the intro since it is not compatible with page builders/visual composers?

That will be changed in the next release that I’m working on.

I don’t know exactly why, but page builders modify the way some WP default functionalities work.

Hold on until I get the next release ready.

    Ok. Thanks!
