I have read similar posts and I don’t find a solution in my case.

I also have the problem that the consent for non-necessary cookies is ‘enabled’ by default. How can I disable it as the default ?

In your earlier messages you wrote: Quote: “the value of ‘cookielawinfo-checkbox-non-necessary’ is set to yes”. Where I can set then this value to “No” ?

I have the free version (latest version), but I don’t find this option to choose.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The field “non-necessary cookies” should remain active, only the slider should be de-activated. That will not do here. How it works?

    Hi @verdun,

Go to GDPR Cookie Consent menu > Non Necessary Cookie > Default State and set it as Disabled.

    Refer screenshot.

    Hi,

I did it. But it keeps unchanged. The slider is still active. Active = green color. The slider should be disabled and have a grey color.

    I also cached the site.

Can you check the site? Is the slider active?

I don’t know how to upload images here. But it’s the way you mentioned in your image.

    Hi @verdun,

We checked the site and it is in disabled state by default. Please try checking in an incognito/private window.
