Consent for data request in Frontend Form missing

    There is no consent Opt-in for the data request form for Frontend.
    As per GDPR all the forms (where personal data collected) should have a consent opt-in.

    Why should the first name, last name mandatory here?
    Only Email is enough for data request.

    Hope you will fix it soon.

    in some cases we also search by name and not only by email. it also could be that for instance you have ordered something with a different email. in this cases it makes sense to search also by name.
