    Hi I love using this plug in, but I am wondering about the Customer Consent part. Can I uncheck this if I am in the USA? Any articles or links to point me to better understanding would be greatly appreciated.

    We are not legal professionals and do not know the laws of the area where your store is based. Therefore, we cannot advise regarding the regulations that apply to your store.

    From the common sense point of view, if you disable the customer consent checkbox, then you definitely need to add information about review invitations to your general terms and conditions.
