connot download in the lightbox

    Hello all,

    I have a problem: users cannot download pictures when they are in the lightbox.

    T tried to disabled HTML editor as I saw in another topic…

    Of course the box “active download button” is checked in the lightbox settings.

    I think I use the last plugin version : 2.3.54

    Could you please check if the Download button shows up on the lightbox? In case not, it might be hidden due to a CSS conflict.

    Please post the link to your gallery page, we will have a look and try to provide a quick CSS fix.

    It is not a CSS conflict, the button appears but no effect when users click on.
