Connot connect to my site or to www.remarpro.com admin

My site has been running fine for several months. It is hosted at godaddy with unlimited bandwidth and unlimited space. I can go to my godaddy account and do things in the background, move files around,etc. But, when I go to wordpress admin to work on the site and add content, my connection times our before connecting. I’ve tried to connect with both Explorer and Firefox.

The last time I got through to my admin page, I added a new cache plugin to help solve the problem, it worked well for about and hour and then back to the same old problems.

I host some of my podcasts on this site, and I’m getting complaints from listeners who are having the same problem I’m having.

Any suggestions.
