Connections of Connections. How get connections and sub-connections at once

Hi Scribu,

Thanks for this great plugin. I just started using it a week ago, and really loving it.

But I’m stuck at this:

Is there a way to retrieve connections of connections? I mean line recursive function that retrieves the connected records and retrieves other connected reecodrs in the tree.

Example:
Category 1 -> subcategory a
Category 1 -> Category 2 -> subcategory b -> subsubcategory I
Category 1 -> Category 2 -> subcategory b -> subsubcategory II
Category 1 -> Category 2 -> subcategory c -> subsubcategory II

So let’s say I run a query and to get connected items to Category 1 and it returns Category 2. I want it to return the connetcted items to Category 2 as well.

Another example:

A supervisor can see the managers connected to them and also the assistant-managers that are connected to the managers.

Is this doable with Posts 2 Posts? And if so, could you please point me to the right place in the wiki or these support page when this has been discussed?
