Connections doesn't show up in dashboard

    I just installed Connections and it didn’t show up in the dashboard sidebar. I also get this error on the top of the plugins page:

    ERROR: The Connections directory home page has not been set. Please set it now on the Connections : Seetings page under the General tab.

    If I click on the settings button under the plugin itself, I get this error:

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
