That’s the error message I keep getting. I had some back and forth with support that never really went anywhere. Hoping to have better luck here. Each of the questions posed to me by the plugin author were forwarded to my host and answered sufficiently. We have them whitelisted and ping tests have already proven successful.

If CleanTalk wants to actually explain why their stuff isn’t working, we’re all ears.

Hi guys. I did not hear back from anybody but I just checked and it appears you extended trial access once again. If you do that in the future do you think somebody can email me?

Yes, of course. We’ll contact you if we extend your trial.

    THank you.

Your fix ended up checking just 525 of our users. We have many thousands more than that. What would you like to do now that this fix did not work?

    @abruski17,

Do you have any JavaScript errors in console of the browser?

If you have please post it here.

No errors. There are no logs present either. The search appears to be searching for only new users on subsequent searches. We have multitudes more users than the 5,000 or so it originally searched for prior to us installing your new plugin.

    Thank you for updaing us.

Did you try to search with the option “Specify date range”?

Password recovery emails are not being sent from your website. Neither my spam folder nor the regular inbox have received anything after multiple password recovery requests. Additionally, when trying to login with a few different guesses of my password, I was given a dialogue box stating that a one-time passcode was sent for three different password entries on the same user account. Can you send me password credentials and renew the trial so I can test the new plugin?

@amagsumov I have tried with both date range selected and not. See the notes regarding some of the system behavior regarding the date range selection bugs, too.

I’ve extended your anti-spam license by other 7 days and sent you your new profile credentials to the email your CleanTalk profile was created with.

    Thank you.

CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”. Do you want to proceed?

We’re back to this again. Should we just assume the plugin doesn’t work?

    Hello, @abruski17

Please, update the plugin to the latest version:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress

Then run scanner. Does it help?
