That’s the error message I keep getting. I had some back and forth with support that never really went anywhere. Hoping to have better luck here. Each of the questions posed to me by the plugin author were forwarded to my host and answered sufficiently. We have them whitelisted and ping tests have already proven successful.

If CleanTalk wants to actually explain why their stuff isn’t working, we’re all ears.

    Hello, @abruski17

We apoligize for delay but we need more time to fix the issue. It may take 2-3 workdays.

    Please, wait.

    Hello,

It seems like that the problem because of missing requests from your website to our api server:
    https://api.cleantalk.org

You may try to enable “Use WordPress HTTP API” in the plugin settings and check if it works.

Also, can you ask your hosting about checking is everything fine with outgoing requests to api.cleantalk.org?

Furthermore, we’re working on some improvements to the current server checking system and try to finish it until the next release.

    Thread Starter abruski17

    (@abruski17)

If you recall from our past correspondence our host confirmed that communication to your servers was fine on our end.

The “Use WordPress HTTP API” was already enabled.

Again, we have already forwarded you the correspondence from our host regarding the outgoing requests being okay.

When checking we also just noticed that the trial period was over.

I could not understand from your message but do you guys intend on trouble shooting this or does it simply not work and we should move on?
