Connection working, but event not displayed

Hi,

Does a disconnect and reconnect bring it up properly?

I have a similar problem. I’ve reset the connection, but it only displays the event name.

How do you disconnect?

I deleted the connection in Keyring and recreated it. I tried that several times with no effect. I walked away from it for a day. Now it appears to work, though it doesn’t fit my theme well at all. I’m going to try to edit the theme.

Hi Nick,

You can disconnect by hovering over your connection in Tools > Keyring, and then clicking Delete. Then just add the Eventbrite connection again, and this will force the plugin to ignore the cache and check the Eventbrite site again.
