Do you want to show the rating results per rating item criteria instead of an overall rating for each post? If this is what you need then yes this is a Pro feature.

Do I need to disable the plugin free version when installing the pro version?
Can you give a link to how to configure the output rating of the only organization (directory entry) that is open, not integral rating of all the organizations in general?
