• My website was working just fine, then at midnight on Sunday it began having issues. I currently cannot update the pages due to these errors. Connection was Reset on Mozila and ER_EMPTY_RESPONSE on Chrome. I need to edit my website and am just unable to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    I’m with the same problem.

    When i try add a widget or change the initial page content.

    @luanrox,

    If the above info didn’t help you, then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic. That way you stand a good chance of getting full attention to your specific issue. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.
