    Was working for several years and just stopped. Now people submit the form but no Case is created in Zoho. Now when I go here (note: i removed the domain from these links) and click “Test Connection” button the page reloads with this error: “Test Connection: Connection to Zoho is NOT Working.” I go here to edit the feed and everything looks correct. I’ve also tried this tutorial to create an application — doesn’t help at all.

    I have this installed on two different websites but connected to the same Zoho account. Any suggestions?

    I also noticed, on the “Zoho Log” tab that this stopped working the same day that our SSL certificate billing had lapsed and the certificate was disabled for a few hours. It was quickly restored but this issue persisted for another 5 weeks and counting. The errors begin on that day, and are always this: “cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired” which is no longer true of course.

    No i didn’t open a ticket there. Can you give me some quick suggestions here?

    1 – try to disconnect and reconnect
    2 – remove the connection and re-add
    3 – make sure that the redirect url is pointing to an https:// url.

    it is your server issue , it could not connect to zoho

    Randomly started working again. I changed nothing. Makes me think the connection is somehow unstable.

    And….. stopped working. Just great.

    I’m using the “Test Connection” button and it throws this message: “Test Connection: Connection to Zoho is NOT Working”

    I try to Revoke Access and then log in again with Zoho. It’s always successful but then I click the test connection button and it fails again. And since the account isn’t connected, the account is not selectable in the Zoho Feeds tab.

    Do you have any firewall / proxy and or CDN running on your site?

    Also, did you check the link from the reply above about the SSL issue?

    Thanks for your help. We do not have any firewall or proxy or security running on our site. I checked the link but we do not manage the server ourselves as it’s just a monthly plan with Siteground hosting. I did plug our site into 3 SSL checkers and for each one it came back 100% working with all green check marks so we should be ok there. While it was briefly working earlier today, the form would populate into Zoho with 2 separate entries (two rows of data). In this case we’re populating into the “Cases” module but I suppose the same would happen with Leads, etc. One looked correct, and the other was completely blank. The same happened on my next submission test, and then the connection stopped working once I added my email address into the “Notify by Email on Errors” field. So, maybe that is a helpful clue but I’m not sure. I tried removing my email address it and saving, but now when I test I just see the error every time.

    Sure. Is that possible for paid customers only? We have the paid version but I’m trying to coordinate with the previous developer to get that login information.
