Connection to your website works, but got an error from WP

    Hi,
    over a year ago, I bought LR / WP Sync, set it up, and it worked fine. Now after a year, I try to use this software again, but always get the message “Connection to your website works, but got an error from WP”. I have checked the server PHP errorlog, no error on the page, access data checked, all right. I’ve gone through all the points in your debug-connectivity, the only one being the error message in the LR / WP log

    Hi,

    Seems like there is an HTML error in that output, but not sure what it is neither. But I feel like this might be coming from another plugin as well.

    Did you disable all the plugins (except WP/LR Sync) and gave it a try?

    thx, but I had already tried that. I also tried it with the standard themes. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the WP plugin. Always the same.

    The error is not in WP/LR Sync, something else does this. So we should try to find something specific to your install that might do this.

    Are you using IIS? Or maybe a very old version of PHP? Do you have any information you can share about your install?

    No, its not the ISS. Apache/2.4.6 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1i PHP/5.6.13
    I tried the installation on an other virtual domain (wordpress installed) on the same server, the same error.
    I tried to stop my Antivirus, nothing.
