Connection to facebook disappeared

I tried to reconnect but i can not connect to the catalog. It tells me I dont have permission to edit this catalog..

To clarify is the plugin currently showing as connected to your Facebook account?

The plugin uses the latest Facebook API which uses Business Manager to connect your WooCommerce store to your Facebook account. Because of this this case, having admin access to the page isn’t quite enough permission, as required by Business Manager. Are you also added as an admin to business manager and related assets?

You can check the business manager account via https://business.facebook.com/settings/people/ and assign yourself all assets to manage.

we got the plugin up and running again, but are wondering why it got disablead.
Or problem now it that it doesn’t sync products.

EDIT:
ok so we have narrowed the problem down a bit.
It is just variable product that don’t sync.

It showing only one Facebook ID not variables,

When i click on the facebook id inside the product it takes me here:

Inside the catalog on facebook there is no product either with product name, number or id:

Thanks for sending the screenshots and letting us know what you have found so far.

To start, can you please confirm that for each variation on that product, the Facebook sync is set to sync and show in catalog

If this is set correctly, can you please try selecting delete products on Facebook and then sync again to see if that resolves the issue of the variables not having IDs?
