    First of all, thank you for this wonderful plugin.

    Unfortunately, I have a problem: I am trying to migrate my site from an old hoster to a new one. I created a new database and doubled checked all details, but I don’t know why, I am getting an error, that the connection to the database was refused.
    What can I do to fix this? Does it have something to do with permission rights?

    Please help!

    Hey Cory,

    thanks for your fast answer. I already checked that and there is nothing about “connection refused”.

    Is there anything else I could do to make it work?

    Hey @gg88,

    I would try the basic troubleshooting at the very bottom of that FAQ. If it’s too technical then I would have your host try the process for you and provide feedback. Typically you just need to make sure the user info is correct and that the database user has enough permissions. Your host should be able to provide you exactly what you need.
