    Hi,
    Thanks for your great product!
The errors appeared a little after typing in the Search field:

It’s strange, because it works fine for some users from different countries.

Hard to say and since it’s only happening some times, I have to wonder if it’s coming from Algolia’s end rather than from the plugin itself.

    Live link?

I’m not sure if this error could cause the issue:

Shouldn’t as there haven’t been that many changes to the templates in regards to the requests and API interactions.

As half expected, I’m not really managing to recreate the timeouts myself, and it seems like at the moment it’s only Autocomplete being used? Or if anything Algolia for the WP_Query replacement, but no instantsearch integration.

Are you experiencing the timeouts yourself? I could also attempt a VPN to your general area in the world if you want.

Actually I’m not experienced any timeout issues, but some users from the US did.

hmm. Legit not sure what to say for that, as I’m in the US as well. I don’t think there’s going to be much we can do from our end with the plugin here, honestly.

Let’s let it simmer for a bit and if it keeps happening later on, we can brainstorm on what to potentially do.

Nope. But still waiting for a feedback from users.

Sounds good. Let us know if we can try anything in the mean time.

Nope. I think we can close the ticket.
