‘Connection Timeout’ ERROR

I advise you to run the migration in local. In this case, you won’t have the limitations of the server.

these did the trick on local for others with similar issue:

php settings -> max_input_time -> choose -> 7200
php settings -> max_input_vars -> choose -> 7200
php settings -> memort_limit -> choose -> 2048M
php settings -> post_max_size -> choose -> 2048M
php settings -> upload_max_size -> choose -> 2048M
mysql settings -> max_allowed_packet -> choose -> 512M
mysql settings -> inodb_wait_lock_timeout -> choose -> 120
”
I was using xampp so it was a bit different to edit these limits but I managed to do it and I could move a 6 gig website. thank you
