Connection Timed Out – Not Working

  • Hello,

    I am using plugin, it worked ok and suddently stoped working and I get below error while trying to send test email.

    “Test email process is failed.”

    My Settings are as below which worked before.

    host: secure.domainname.com
    Post: 465
    Encryption: Use SSL
    Authentication: Yes (used email and PW)

    Let me know what could be problem?
