    Hi,

Because you need to install the memcached extension for PHP as well

not sure what is your server OS and environment

if it is LiteSpeed native server ,then :

if it uses yum , then do yum lsphp??-memcached , if it uses apt , then do apt install lsphp*-memcached

if it uses other control panel , then follow it as your panel’s way to install PHP extension

after that run pkill lsphp , refresh your page

then you should see it shows up

    Best regards,

I am running LiteSpeed Web Server Version: 5.4.11 (build 6) on Centos 7.

Are you sure the commands are correct? After running yum lsphp??-memcached, i receive

    Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, universal-hooks
No such command: lsphp??-memcached. Please use /bin/yum --help
