• Godaddy is hosting websites, select wordpress and automatically get connection reset, the first time I attempted install it took me all the way to finish button, but then got the same error, tried chrome, firefox, and ie, not sure how to work around it as I need to install wordpress on two sites!

    Also, i suggest namecheap instead of goddaddy

    This is not a hosting problem this is a pc problem, as I tried it on two other machines.

    Tried what? And what happened? A “connection reset” error is a host problem.

    Are you installing WordPress manually or through the Hosting Connection? We’d be happy to troubleshoot the problem with you either way.

    The best thing to do would be, if you can, to call support: https://x.co/heretohelp

    They can look directly at your account with you and see what’s up or if it’s anything on this end. You mentioned that you’ve tried it on other machines. If it’s working there, it may be a local issue, but we’d be more than happy to talk to you about it and see what we can do to help.
