Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected

  • Hello Everyone, I am using wordpress 3.6 and when i used to edit a post or page i got this message. “Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.”
    When this message showsmy site visitor got down. Before this message appears my website online visitor have 500 after this message appears my visitor got down 500 to 420. for that reason my site get down for 3 mins.

    Please help me. how i fix this problem.
