Connection lost. Saving has been disabled

    When i create a new post then showing “connection lost. Saving has been disable until your recommendation …. just in case” how can i fix the problem? some one suggest me change the hosting. im use Shear hotting my website is https://www.uniquenews24.com?

    please help me some time my site is too slow how can i improve this.

    I have exactly the same problem now I have updated to 4.4.2
    Anyone suggest a fix please?
