Connection issues and Jetpack errors ahoy
-
I’m having multiple problems with my WordPress account out of nowhere. First, every other time I try to navigate somewhere on the dash, I get Google Chrome’s “Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to…” page. I also discovered that Jetpack was no longer working properly. Specifically the “sharing” feature wasn’t automatically publishing my posts on my Facebook account anymore. I tried to reconfigure the settings by deleting the old connection and now when I try to add a new one I get “Error code: -32301.” And the debugging center tells me that my site can not communicate properly with Jetpack.
I have tried deleting and re-installing all of Jetpack, which was a nightmare because for a long time I was getting another weird error whenever I tried that. I have also tried re-installing the latest version of WordPress. I tried all of the debugging center suggestions. I use WordPress’s Twenty Eleven Theme. Changing it to Twenty Twelve and deactivating my other plugins, which are Akismet, Contact Form Plugin, and WordPress SEO, did not help.
I’m afraid my account and blog are going to implode at this rate. What is going on?
