Connection issues

    I manually installed mysql on my server and restored my database. I can run mysql from the command line and specify the host/user/pwd shown in the wp-config.php file and connect to the database without issues. When I try to connect via the web server, I get a message saying it couldn’t connect, and am I sure the host/user/pwd is correct. I’m definitely sure ??

    How do I fix?
