    Hi,
    I’ve connected a website to the Central dashboard (I already have a few connected with no problem) but it gives me a Connection Issue and when trying to Complete Setup nothing changes.
    I have tried deactivating the plugin and starting the process all over.
    Can you please assist?

    Hi @giuliadev, thanks for reaching out to us,

    If you’ve already tried all steps in our troubleshooting documentation, which includes trying to connect the other way from the Wordfence plugin itself, we could try checking the connection for you.

    Wordfence Central uses the WordPress REST API to communicate with the plugin, so if this is enabled I can run a few tests from my end. If it isn’t, try connecting again after enabling it.

    So I don’t have to request your site details publicly here, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
