Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you haven’t been able to connect the site to Wordfence Central, is that correct?
In Wordfence Central, disconnect the site by clearing it from the Connection Issues tab. Then, head over to your site, and log in as an admin. Navigate to Tools > Diagnostics > Other Tests > Clear all Wordfence Central connection data. Clear the connection data and then from the Wordfence Dashboard, click on Connect this site in the Wordfence Central widget to try connecting the site again.
If it still won’t connect, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
