Connection icon keeps spinning

Hi, I can’t connect Nitropack with my WP site. It will find the API keys, but the icon keeps spinning and it won’t connect. I’ve tried adding the keys manually, but with the same result. Have already removed the plugin, cleaned the database and reinstalled the plugin, but it keeps spinning.
