Connection from WPForm to Constant Contact hangs on the mapping

    Hi,

    The WPForm on our website is having an issue connecting to Constant Contact. We can create the connection to Constant Contact in the settings section of WPForm but when we are trying to select that connection in the marketing section of any of our forms. It hangs on the mapping session with a spinning circle but will not connect and we are not able to select the connection. Even in the existing forms, the connection has been working in the past.

    It was working before. It has been broken since 6 am on Monday 19th August’24. At that time, Constant Contact did the API maintenance that is described?in this URL?https://status.constantcontact.com/incidents/86jt9vmj3yz1. So something broke the connection between WPForm and constant contact after this maintenance. We contacted?“constant contact” but they were not able to help us.
    We are using the latest version of WPForms 1.9.0.3.
    Can you please provide the information on how to make WPForm work with Constant Contact which is broken now?

    I am so sorry for the unexpected inconvenience.

    I wanted to let you know that our development team has just addressed the connection issue that you reported affecting Constant Contact.

    At this time, we have an early access patch as a fix and in case you’d like to apply this patch on your end, please follow these steps:

    1. Install the File Manager plugin.
    2. Download the patch file from this link and extract it on your computer.
    3. Go to WP Dashboard > WP File Manager and navigate to this folder: public > wp-content > plugins > wpforms-lite > includes > providers as shown here.
    4. Right-click and select upload as shown here.
    5. In the next screen, locate the folder that you extracted in step 2 above and upload the class-base.php and class-constant-contact.php files
    6. Select the option to overwrite the current files and apply to all as shown here.

      This should resolve the issue and everything should work properly.

      Thanks for your response. I tried the steps you mentioned here. After applying the?patch, when I click?on any of the existing WPForms, we start giving the following?errors ->?

      This patch does not work for us. Can you please check what could be wrong?

      Hey @saurabhwl,

      We have just released version 1.9.0.4 of WPForms Lite and it contains a fix for this issue. Would you mind updating to this version and letting me know if this helps to resolve the errors?

      In case the issue persists could you please share a copy of the error sent to your admin email from WordPress?
