Connection fine but load time is long

I found this plugin straightforward to configure and connect to Facebook Commerce Manager – not bad considering Facebook’s Business Manager is a convoluted mess of confusing user permissions settings and multiple config pages.
Unfortunately the load time of my web pages has doubled with this plugin so I am going to uninstall it, but I’d be happy to use it again if this is resolved. I only have 50 products on a fairly standard WooCommerce site.
