    Hello,

    I am trying to setup Facebook for Woocommerce but every time I try I get error message: Connection failed, Check that you’re logged in to your store. You can close this window and reopen the plugin from inside your store’s Admin Panel.

    I have installed wc-facebook-tools.zip to reset all settings and still the same.

    I have tried from Facebook side but again I can’t connect or at least I don’t see how to do it properly.

    All plugins are up to date

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Would you please be able to enable Debug Mode? You can do this by going to:

    WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Facebook for WooCommerce

    Then you should be able to scroll to the bottom and enable Debug Mode.

    Try to reconnect and then you can navigate to:

    WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    And find the log with facebook in it. You can then paste the results here so we can get a better idea of why the connection is failing.

    Ah, okay, thanks so much for the screenshot! I appreciate it.

    Are you logged in to your Facebook account which is associated with your shop when you try to go through the the setup process? You’ll want to ensure that you’re logged in to Facebook in the same browser.

    Would you please double-check that you’re signed in to Facebook during the setup and, if you get another error, could you please take a screenshot and post it here?

    Hi @huntfordrive!

    Hm, that’s very odd. Are you logged in to any other Facebook accounts at the same time?

    Could you please try logging in to Facebook in a new incognito or private browser window and then open a new tab from that window to connect to the shop and let me know if that works at all?

    The Issue is creating another plugin, SCD currency switcher. After deactivating this plugin it worked fine and connection was established. What now? I emailed plugin providers too

    Thanks so much for letting us know what was causing the issue here. I’m going to take a note of this for my team.

    I see that the plugin in question has been updated today. Could you please let me know if their most recent update helps to resolve your issue?

    If not, I’d definitely see what they have to say. Additionally, I’d love to know if it’s blocking the connection once it’s already established or if it’s just happening when trying to manage the connection.
