• Hello there, since the v5 update all my websites stop doing backups.
    I try to understand why and that seems to be linked to your Dropbox options. So i try to disable and enable the Dropbox option, reinstallating the plugin, reseting all and the issue still here.
    I try on a fresh install and i understand the problem ! The authentification for “Full Access to Dropbox” never work. On old and fresh install, with v4 to v5 migration or new v5 install, there is always the issue after trying to authificate Dropbox with Full Access :

    I think that’s why all my website are not backuped since the v5 update, because i was authentificate them using full access dropbox before.
    (the “App Access to Dropbox” working good).

    Is it possible to fix that for all websites (fresh install, old install already authentificated…) please ?

    regards

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing the details. Please try raising the timeout limit to at least 600 at server level and see if that helps with the Dropbox authentication issue.

    If the problem persists, let us know—we’d be happy to take a closer look.

    Hello there, i’ve add this to the .users.ini file of my dev website :

    upload_max_filesize = 512M
    post_max_size = 512M
    memory_limit = 512M
    max_execution_time = 600
    max_input_time = 600

    But the issue is not fixed. Please note that this issue is present on ALL my 97 websites who are using Backwpup V5 with some differents hostings and differents server configurations. That was working good on V4 but not on V5

    Regards
